In order to create more uniformity in the approval of the composition of PhD Juries by the Faculty Board, you have to use one of these templates (English and Dutch version). Proposals using one of the templates can be sent to the (vice-)president of the PhD committee of the faculty up to two weeks (14 days) before the next meeting of the faculty board.
For the printing of your PhD: You need to calculate the price offer at http://www.universitypress.be/NL/Doctoraat of the printing cost, use 100 g/m2 witte offset FSC, and the format should be 170mm x 240mm. Make sure to request the ISBN no please. Once you get the printed books you need to save 1 copy for the faculty secretariat.

PhD Researchers have to report yearly (+/- beginning of May) on the progress made during the last academic year. They have to submit:
- A progress report in Dutch or in English
