Drillinganalyzer is a Matlab based toolbox which contains the necessary functions for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of instrumentation used in osteotomy site preparation for implant placement. The functions from the analysis software can be used either in command line mode or in GUI mode to build an accurate 3D model starting from sets of micro-CT images acquired after the drilling process and to analyse the obtained model in order to obtain relevant information about the drilling trajectory (such as curvature and eccentricity) and about the volume of the drill hole.
