Abstract 

This paper presents the design, construction and testing of Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSSs) used to eliminate speckle, produced by coherent mm-wave source. We design a FSS at 94 GHz with Finite Integral Technique, fabricated with photolithography-liftoff technique and measured with MVNA.
