Abstract ■

In this paper we demonstrates a 79GHz phase-modulated CW radar transmitter in 28nm CMOS. The circuit architecture uses digital pseudo-random noise modulation at a 4GHz RF bandwidth for a low-power implementation with 10.4% power efficiency.
