An inductor (1) is coupled between the signal line (LINE 1, 2, ..., M) and a reference voltage node (2). A switch (SW1, SW2, ..., SWM) is coupled between the signal line (LINE 1, 2, ..., M) and the reference voltage node (2). When the switch (SW1, SW2, ..., SWM) is closed, the inductor (1) is coupled between the reference voltage node (2) and the signal line (LINE 1, 2, ..., M). When the switch is open, the inductor (1) is not coupled between the reference voltage node (2) and the signal line (LINE 1, 2, ..., M).
