Abel Díaz Berenguer is a Post Doc at the Department of Electronics and Informatics (ETRO) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He is also a Researcher and Graduate Teacher Assistant at the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI) in Havana.

Abel is a graduate from UCI, where he received the Diploma in Computer Sciences Engineering in 2009 and the M.Sc. degree in Applied Informatics in 2014. In 2021, he obtained a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Sciences from VUB.
