Integrated beamforming arrays for beyond-5G communication in CMOS

Gaurav Agrawal graduated with Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication from University College of Engineering, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, India in 2011 and Master of Science (by research) specializing in Analog / RF integrated circuit design from Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2015. Before joining at his current role as a PhD candidate at imec / VU Brussels, Gaurav worked for around five years in Industry – First at Kilby Labs, Texas Instruments and later at Aura Semiconductor, India on different Analog / RFIC products ranging from nanometer bulk CMOS to GaAs based MMIC designs. His current research focus is on integrated beamforming arrays for beyond-5G communication in CMOS. Gaurav is recipient of IEEE MTTS Pre-Graduate Award (Fall-2014) and author of 4 journal and conference papers.
