Taha Jerbi has obtained his PhD in 2012 in medical image processing from Telecom Bretagne (IMT Atlantique), Brest France. During his PhD, he worked conjointly with a clinical team and the subject of his dissertation is the motion estimation of the bones using 2D image acquisitions and 3D reconstruction. He also holds an engineering degree in the computer sciences (2007), Tunis University. His main area of expertise is 2D and 3D image segmentation, registration and reconstruction. He participated in multiple multidisciplinary research projects using different acquisition modalities from 3D scans to electron microscopy. He is currently working on the ANTICIPATE and on the HOME project to make the main software modifications to the lhp_FusionBox. He (co)supervised different master theses in different universities in relation with his work.
